2016 Skincare Standouts

In 2016 I revisited 2 brands and tried something new. Aveeno and the Aztec Secret Healing Clay.

I. Aveeno Clear Complexion Daily Cleansing Pads.

Cleansed my skin with out over drying it. I love the light exfoliation dual pad that it provides as well. Gentle for my sensitive skin.

2. St. Ives Timeless Skin Collagen Elastin Moisturizer.

I have only used St, Ives scrubs in the past. I was in need for a new moisturizer for my skincare routine. I wanted something easily available and affordable after owning one moisturizer in my stash that is pricey. I'm glad I picked this one. It's light and creamy. Moisturizing and hasn't broken out my skin as of yet. I also apply this cream under my eyes.

3. Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay.

This clay was a oldie but goodie back in my 20's but I stop buying and I don't know why. I finally decided to revisit this natural clay and I'm glad I did. This is a multi-purpose clay. It can be used from head to toe. You can use it for your face, hair, body and make a mud bath if need be. Adding essential oils and/or Apple Cider Vinegar is great for add benefits.

You can find these products on amazon, beauty supply stores, your local health food or regular grocery stores.
