Hey You!

Spring is around the corner and I was thinking of a nice transitional outfit. Spring typically has cooler mornings and evenings with warmer mid days that can get well into the 80's. Layering is a great alternative, just like it is during the fall season. Adding a light weight item(s) that you can remove as the day gets warmer is a plus.

However, if you don't have the space to place those items, well, that can be an issue. So, one of the items I like to wear is a light weight faux leather jacket. A lightweight faux leather jacket to me is a staple or must-have item for every wardrobe. I love this asymmetrical jacket I'm wearing. It was warm enough on this slightly cool day. Thou, it's technically still winter here in Atlanta, I enjoyed wearing this piece as I venture out today, along "Ponce de Leon" and through the "Highlands" for my meetings, exploring some possible collaborators and/or brands.

It was a nice casual day. I paired my leather jacket with a dusty rose midi dress, my fav Adidas shoes at the moment and my grey faux leather snake skinned clutch. You could easily add a scarf for more warmth if you need to; which I did early in the morning. But later removed towards the mid of the day. Lightweight piece(s) like a hooded, scarf or another jacket are perfect piece(s) for the Spring season. It's usually the wind and/or breeze in the air that can be so chilling. I enjoyed my stroll down Ponce de Leon and visiting various spots, as well as, taking in the scenery and trying out this outfit.
