It’s been very important to me over the past 8 years to develop a lifestyle that includes a consistent dose of vitamins and supplements. I’ve found that when I’m consistent with supporting my health, I’m just generally a happier, healthier, better version of myself. I have made it an intention for myself to be better. One thing that I notice that I tend to do pretty consistently is drinking tea. So, I thought to myself if I can find supplements to add to my tea then I can drink them everyday and it would be easier to get my supplements in.
The thing is drinking a lot of water is good for you but when I have to add 10 pills it becomes a little annoying and I feel very full. And that's where powdered supplements became my best friend. Yaaaay!
Below, I am going to introduce to you my top 2 supplements I take every day at least once a day. Then later in another post, I will talk about the powdered supplements I take at least 2x or 3x a week. It’s not easy to develop your own routine, and every body is different, but today I wanted to share what works for me. I'm really happy that I have found the supplements that seem to really work!

First up, we have Collagen
I’ve been using this for the past 3 years and I love it! They’re great for boosting your skin, hair, nail, and joint health, and they are flavorless so it’s easy to consume them with any beverage of your choice. I do a scoop in my tea, smoothie or latte in the morning, and then one scoop in the evening when I typically have my relaxing tea before bed. 1 tablespoon of your Collagen is good if it doesn't come with a scoop.

for the past 3 months I have been using this Doctor's Best brand. I use a lot of their supplements but I also use another Collagen brand which is linked right below for you to try.

Next up is MSM _ Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a chemical found in green plants, animals, and humans. It can also be made in a laboratory. MSM might supply sulfur to make other chemicals in the body.

I’ve been using MSM off and on for 18 years. However, in the last 3 years I have been consistent and it shows in my body, skin, nails, and moods. Because it can be used for pain, swelling, aging skin, and many other conditions. It comes with a scoop because a little goes a long way. If you put to much in, you will taste the sulfur in your drink. One scoop in a 6oz cup or less is fine. If you have more ounces just add one more scoop and enjoy the benefits. Remember with anything, consistence is always the key to see true results.
Oh yea, its gonna take longer than a week...just a fyi!!! 2 to 3 months at least.
